Exactly they can't trade without going through an American broker ... The key is, from the brokers I have talked to, the sell is not disclosed as a short but a sell from offshore. The American Broker does not know whether the trade is a short or a sell, he just fills the trade. From my understanding insiders can short against the box on 144 from offshore but you can;t use it in America till the legend is removed. KKD is a marginal security and you have legal short sale document(s) so it is a legal and I have no problem with that but do you have an agreement with the rightful owner or the broker? P2bAAAT & DSAS
