You're not gonna hit me with "I'm rubber and you're glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you!", next time, are you? if you are truly interested in truths and facts, you must know that not every Muslim woman who covers herself does so out of fear... You are a huge JackAss. Please cite the post and copy the text where I made a generalization that ALL Muslim women who cover themselves do so out of fear. As you know very well (or you would if you read my posts), it was YOU who made the comparison between Nuns and Muslim women covering themselves and it was YOU who suggested that Muslim women are considered to be oppressed because of their covering. I - on the other hand - explained at length that the oppression of women has nothing to do with the CHOICE made by some women - of various faiths - to cover themselves. The FORCED covering under threat of violence is not present among Catholic nuns. To the best of my knowledge that is true of all Catholic nuns. Can you say the same for all Muslim women? so, I made it clear that I did not write it... Yeah, you've said that twice now. Unfortunately, you were the one foolish enough to post it here, and you didn't give credit to another author, so... either back it up or retract it. I simply posted it and I happen to agree with it... that the generalizations are wrong... that's how I took it... HEY!!! WAKE UP!!! My first response to you demonstrated that the generalizations you claim to be faced with are - in fact - ridiculous. I've asked you to cite sources that show examples of those generalizations.
