Remember the SEC represents the big money and in America the golden rule applies "the one with the gold makes the rules". There is protection here for big money that loves to soak the little guy by using it's financial might to endlessly pound stocks into the ground by shorting and making us eventually sell. There is a chance for small money to make it in this market but the chance is drastically reduced by the rules which favor the big money. It takes exceptional understanding to make a living playing against the house.

Not wierd it unrestricts trading ... If you short now and get caught that helps the volume. So that was a smart move.

Maybe they will look at the offshore that the uptick rule never affected.
