after Mikey Tyson raped that l'il gal in Indy a few years back the "rape room" @ the good ol'Canterbury Hotel was booked solid @ high rates for a v long time...Condo's generally don't appreciate nearly as well as SFH's but am surprised the "morbid" interest in acquiring his notorious f*k-pad (/possible Mr*dr pad) hasn't boosted his asking price
