Hi Yogi; Re our leaders "agonizing over who not to offend". I see it another way. Our leadership sees no reason to unnecessarily piss people off. Our leaders don't rule through fear, so they're not stuck in a channel where they are unable to correct their own behavior (Clinton excepted). These are signs of our strength, not weakness. Sure the other guy is going to think of this as signs of weakness, but they're so self deluded about us that anything we do will be interpreted as signs of weakness until we stand victorious in their capitals. The Nazis and the Emperor worshipers were the same way. -- Carl
