Everyone knows that the current recession is the Clinton Recession, just as the 1981-82 recession was the Carter recession. Even Carter's Treasury secretary admitted that. The stock market collapsed on Clinton's watch - that is the most reliable leading economic indicator. You and all the other blind Dems went bananas months back when Cheney and Bush said that the US was probably in or about to enter a recession. Imagine just how bad things would be now if the Dems had defeated the tax cuts which are credited with sustaining the economy in August. No wonder people are thankful that AlGore is unemployed.
