That was NAPM services:

10:03 ET Economic Data : The NAPM non-manufacturing index rose to 50.2% in Sep from 45.5% in Aug; this was much stronger than the 43.8% consensus. As with the manufacturing index, the non-manufacturing reading held up much better than expected in Sep; it remains unclear if the survey responses primarily reflect pre or post-Sep 11 activity, and thus we won't have a clear reading until the October numbers.
