For me, I'd want another Flutie coming out of college. I'd build a team around a winner with his type of skills. Don't know if I'd ever win with a "prototype" QB.

Also, SD was 1-15 last year. The odds of them winning a Super Bowl any time soon are lower with any prototype QB then with Flutie.
