Since the deficits will occur because of the Clinton recession - widely predicted by Bush and Cheney before they took office - this is a reminder that the deficits will be no fault of the new administration. This is also a reminder that you have always been wrong. The deficits will be ameliorated and reduced from what they would have been under a Dem regime by the fact that the Bush Administration took great strides in reducing the severity of the Clinton recession despite Dem opposition.
