Mike you're emotions have blinded you. First, I think bin Ladin is driven more by a deep hatred and twisted sense of religious zeal and power hunger than anything close to what I said. That he must be destroyed is a given. But for a moment *assume* that I presented their logic. Then what of it? If you see a flaw in the argument, then bring it on. Otherwise dismissing it just because you assume it is shared by some hate driven terrorist is guilt by association and appeal to emotions.

The fact remains that *your* taxes and *your* votes are being used for a variety of actions in *your* name. So the least you can do is to find out what those actions are and take a stand against the ones you do not approve of.

Mike...get back on your lithium...

Attacking other posters with whom you do not agree is not the way to go....

"You are one sick puppy" from Mike

"You are a racist" from mike

"You have your head up your butt" from Mike

I have a Chinese friend from whom I have learned a lot. He one comment to me a few years back was.

"If You cannot control Yourself...you have no hope of controlling others"

Get Hold of Yourself Mike....Jerome

OT -- At least we try to improve and we dont engage in terrorism.

Do you really believe this? And are you referring to this very instant moment in time or is your perspective a bit wider? Do you even care to define "terrorism"?

Here is a dictionary definition for you:

terrorism n. systematic use of violence and intimidation to achieve some goal.

Seems pretty right to me. You notice that it does not have limits and conditions assigned as to whom the violence is directed to or for what reasons.

Do you remember the Nicaraguan Contras? Were they terrorists? Do you remember Reagan's statement "I am a Contra" and his support of them? Do you remember how in 1985, President Ronald Reagan received a group of bearded men in the White House and After receiving them he told the press "These are the moral equivalent of America's founding fathers"?

Guess what, the Contra wanted more than justice and freedom for all and those bearded men were the Afghan Mujahiddin. Think about it! Bin Laden, whom fifteen American missiles were fired to hit in Afghanistan, was only a few years ago the moral equivalent of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson!

Or are you saying that support for the terrorist organizations in form of arms, money, and political support is not a terrorist act?

I'm sorry to tell you that the CIA and NSA do not allow A&E documentaries of their present actions for another 30 years. At that point in time people like you will say "oh well, that's water under the bridge. Things are different now".

get real,
