What would it take to move these from your "watch list" to your "buy list"? What other key metrics do you examine to define "cheap"?

Cary, I don't understand your comment about VTSS having too much debt. At 6-30-01 VTSS had $808 million of cash and $925 million of net working capital. They do have $655 million of convertible debt but that shouldn't be a concern at this point in time. Looks rock solid to me during these gut wrenching times.
