If we ranked countries by their overall "goodness" the U.S. would be near the top - maybe 70% G, Agreed and thats what i have been trying to point out as on the thread without much success. Someone has to carry the flag. It's amazing that it's me. I am so much more adept at being the one who is critical. Perhaps you should tell the thread some of your experiences in east germany. Was the US viewed as a beacon of hope or a tyrannical state? I think i know the answer. mike
