I've looked at SMH. I think at these levels it is a good buy, especially if you can sell some out of money options that are a quarter or so away. Another strategy is to sell at the money 4 months out puts. Both strategies are about the same and slightly less bullish than just buying the underlying. I still have my doubts about a V recovery.

PS if you are really bullish, you can buy 6 months out bulls spreads on SMH. Buy something in low to mid 20s and sell something in low to mid 30s. Do both as part of the same trade for good execution.
