Jerome, You are 100% right. Lets not make the same mistakes again. I will stick with Gottfrieds 70% grade for the US. it is not high enough for either of us but it is the highest grade in the class. Thats the only point i have been trying to make. By the way in ww2 we allied with soviets to beat hitler, then we ceded eastern europe to them in order to avoid a war we didnt want. Foreign policy is very complex. Until we live in one world paradoxes will exist and nothing will be perfect. I have no idea how it will all work out after this war is won. Will we retreat into isolationism? Will we try to improve the world? mike
