let's get a move on, folks

I talked to a guy who owns the civildefense.org site, and he's willing to work on a non-profit basis to host and build a site.

Where do we get the best info? Any suggestions? Please post here, PM, or forward to kdoyle@logcon.net. I can't yet vouch for the fellow, except he said he's willing. If need be we'll find someone else.
