Good post DMA. I found myself taking his advice this morning and was going to skip a Reuters' story on the Taliban's current predicament. I did end up reading it to see if they had avoided the word. They did avoid it, and I agree with George Will's position completely. I will now "skip the story" as he suggests.

Why don't news services just report the news?
