If I Didn't Know Better I'd Begin To Think Someone Is Manipulating The Market.

Could someone explain why we rallied because the economy is so bad that the Fed had to cut interest rates by a historically unprecedented amount, including 1% in the last two weeks?

And another thing that has me confused how come almost every stock I am looking at is down AH But the futures are up?
