If csco breaks 16 on volume it'll be a damn good sign!

Technically, perhaps, but not fundamentally. It would then be trading at 30 times the highest FY2003 earnings estimate out there. That may be OK for an early stage, emerging growth stock or if it was measured on trough earnings, but this is a pretty darn big, fairly mature company in a cyclical industry and that estimate is 34% higher than the FY2001(June) number of 41 cents.

I'll start buying when CSCO's 20 EMA crosses the 50EMA to the upside.
We havent seen that since Sept 2000.
