Some relatives of the passengers were already at the airport enquiring about the situation. The minister said, "The passengers are safe, and we will not allow the plane to take-off,'' adding, "a contingency plan that was in place would be put into action''. An oil tanker has been placed before the plane so that it cannot take off.
