My My My ... testy aren't we. So you say that in a cash account that your stock is not suppose to be shorted. Well when you are ready I can show specifically where you are wrong at least on non marginable securities. You guys keep wanting to make this a legal and regulate short petition and it is not. Its about the loopholes, painting the tape, rolling the tape and off shore. Listed stocks are not negotiated markets like the OTC ... SOme OTC are marginable but a lot aren;t but some shorts agaisnt them... brokers ... or rather their MMs. Getting touchy about it is not good for you. P2bAAAT & DSAS
