WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- Intel planned to sell 75,000 common shares of CMGI, valued at $15.1 million, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission Form 144 released Monday.

The filing's release marks the tenth time Intel has planned to sell CMGI stock between Nov.3 and Dec. 10, during which Intel (INTC: news, msgs) sold 981,004 common shares, with an estimated worth of $119.3 million.

Most recently, the chip giant planned to sell 75,000 shares of CMGI (CMGI: news, msgs) on Dec. 13 through Morgan Stanley. Intel paid cash for the shares on Dec. 19, 1997, according to the filing.

Representatives from Intel and CMGI did not return immediate calls seeking comment.

SEC Form 144 only shows a filer's intent to sell shares. Actual verification of sales, when they occur, are required in later filings.

Shares of CMGI were trading down 4 3/8 at 266 3/8 on Monday, while shares of Intel were up 1 1/8 at 84 1/4
