The If you don;t sign it you can trade huh ... I see that does not seem fair to me. Maybe to you but not to me. Welll I just called and MMs can short against inventories of their brokers in the cash account ... they do not always go naked. They use what is available. Example I used to believe that nonsense you are spewing. But I put 144 in a cash account for safe keeping. SUDDENLY I saw the stock drop 50% ... I was shocked. The MMs were rolling the tape ... I called and discovered I was only moron that had put the 144 in safe keeping. I called and pulled that cert and it was not a minute after I said I wanted my cert and the rolling of the tape stopped instantly and has not done it sent ... I have my cert in my name. SO again I will deal what I know I have watch and experienced ... P2bAAAT & DSAS
