Well, you are right, it is too much to say that there was a duty to pray for bin Laden, although he was not unknown, and it is too much to say that anyone was at fault. I took those as hyperbolic expression of the underlying point, which is that those committed to the efficacy of prayer, and to the conversion of their enemies as preferable merely to smiting them, should think to pray for their enemies.......
