Yeah... but this rally has likely run it's course for now and we'll sell off the rest of the week hopefully only down to the 8700 level.. (and lord I hope this isn't just a bounce off the upper arm of the downtrend channel on the weekly INDU..

This is a period of volatility where, in the absence of specific fundamental improvement overall, people are forced to rely upon TA to an even greater extent.

At this point I would rather be short, than long and trade the swings.

OK- I'm seeing the light here. <G> I also suspected during the closed days that a bottom would appear within a week or so. Haven't committed much $ to that notion yet.

I did go 35% long in my ret. acct. at the end of the month. With that MASSIVE order contributing, that must have incited today's rally. <gg>

Did you have any thoughts on the Alberta Tar Sands. They sound quite promising for future reserves- At $9/bbl cost of production, it shouldn't be long before they can use them- Don't you think?
