I note you are back into QCOM at under $45. Does its lack of participation in the rally today concern you? I assume it is now trading at the lower end of the box.

The equity P/C ratio finished the day at .46, that was a very rapid decline from well above 1 when I put on my bull horns.

Zeev that deterioration in bearishness sets the stage for weakness but as long as the P/C ratio continues to decline, it isn't indicative of a turn.
