Do you want to shoot video or stills.
Yes one can do both with some of them but with huge compromises IMHO. Since I have never shot video, I ac not offer much more than that.

BTW there is absolutely nothing wrong with a Nikon 6006 that I am aware of. Yes, the top of the line model is better, but what features does it have that you need? I love shooting macro. There is no question in my mind to buy a 100mm macro rather than a 50mm macro if you go stills.
Lifesize at twice the working distance. Extremely important issue. If you want macro, buy the lens first and do a camera upgrade later. Canon has it better as I believe its EOS lenses will work on video as well as still but perhaps I am mistaken about that.
