Truly hope you are right, CB! BUT.....consider this:

If this bad disease can be carried by ticks...(can ticks be raised easily?)...and carried on animals...and transmitted by blood, or body fluids... and IF there is combat near the borders....where blood might be in contact with blood....and if the followers of ObL have massed their people near the border, even after repeated warnings from the Allies of impending events....

I'm wondering how in 1998, they had 2 outbreaks....the one in Afghanistan affecting 19 people with 12 deaths....and why/how all of a sudden there are 75 known cases and 8 deaths as of when the article was written as if early this AM...
