Yep and you find that purely acceptable I guess. Someone does not understand that putting their stock in on margin puts the in the front for others to manipulate the market with teir holdings. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT IS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN.

And that is on LEGAL SHORTING side but if proper transparency had been in place that would not have happen ... If the option to use his position he was given the right of refusal he would not have put that stock in margin. Can you imagine the manipulation and abuses on nonmarginable securities and couple with Offshore Short Sellerism.

BUT WAIT SHORTING DOES NOT HURT A MARKET AND IS GOOD!

We need Transparency with checks and balances.
