The only problem with Margin short selling is the issue of the property owner not having a right to be compensated for their property being used as collateral and they should have the right as Americans to refuse that their property be used to short their investment strategy.

Also full transparency for all sells ... Are they rightful owners sells, LEGAL borrowed equity sells or naked short sells.

Further checks and balances for all short positions and the amount a company is shorted.

If a small organized group can short sell the market from offshore and get away with it imagine what a anti-american interst could do to our market. Also as history shows if a short gets nailed the stock gets halted.

That is what this is about. The irregularities of the loopholes than some are using and their is no way to stop them. If a company is a scam then nail the company but that is not justification to steal money from the market.

Right now people selling ash and rubble from the WTC to others are crooks. Just seems the feds are looking the other way and that is what this is about.
