It's my axiomatic belief that we humans have a common understanding of justice and second that there's cases/issues which are not justiciable (thats french but I hope it gets across) by any state but still CRY OUT to the sky for justice to be done. As far as I understand this "use case" works like a charm. On a different note: Simple Simon Chambers says: "we'll make your damn 2c, if you so insist".
