No. I am saying that blaming the market downturns on greed is like blaming the death of a gazelle on the hunger of a cheetah.

Clinton did preside over some good years. This year should be even better. But, it isn't. Next year, we should be back on track.

What went wrong? I think many things, mostly a fear of technology within the Clinton administration and the Federal Reserve System. Is the Bush team any better? It remains to be seen, but steps to end the suit against Microsoft are a positive indicator that things are as they should be in D.C.
