So if you bought when he became bullish, you are
most likely underwater, and nowhere near breakeven if you were unlucky to go long techs like OPWV SONS RIMM RFMD, etc.

buying those guys ain't unlucky, just stupid.

Hays was out of tech for nearly all of the decline. Yes, he was a little early to the party, but better than just standing outside the door.
