On the other hand, the U.S. government says it is working COOPERATIVELY with many nation-states to stop the sponsorship of terrorism. That is entirely in keeping with the notions presented in the full article. The article suggests: -- understand the gravity of the situation -- take the beginning steps to eliminate war -- use cooperation and tolerance and major tools -- keep working at it--forever -- understand that human conflict will always exist, but there are some means for reducing that, honorably, without war. I don't expect everybody to say, "right, of course", but please keep an open mind on it. Don't just accept the illogical notion that: "THE WAY YOU END WAR IS BY GREATER FORCE APPLIED AGAINST YOUR ENEMY IN WAR" Human history to this point should suggest that there is something flawed in that logic.
