You are confusing "facts" with "truth". Facts are simply information without context. Truth is that information in a conceptual context. Fact: there are buildings where people are in agony and other people, specially trained in the use sharp objects, cut them open while they are alive and remove pieces of them, often times for no good reason. People who would not have died otherwise go to these places and are killed there. Auschwitz? No, any major metropolitan hospital. "Truth" is those facts in a contextual framework. If the world sees another Nazi regieme, our obliteration and ultimate delay of the Fourth Reich will be remembered as a major setback for the "truth" and our interpretation will become a "distortion of the truth" using exactly the same "facts".
