As the Cold War dies down in Washington and Moscow, its legacies live on in Afghanistan. This is the false conclusion. For centuries Afghans only unite to fight an outside enemy and even then with reservations. On there own the just kill one another for centuries old hates. During the time of mr. bill arabs tooks over and elements of these arabs attacked America and killed Americans and mr. bill did nothing other than a show of force that in this society was thought of as extremely cowardly.
