That's my gut too. The fullest effects of the 9/11 attacks won't be known until we get stats from Oct. I think they are going to be bad enough that people will be pretty dismayed. In addition, I think by then we'll have alot of the fallout showing on businesses bottom lines. Add to that, tax loss selling and a traditionally crappy month. All those things together tell me we're going to see renewed selling soon and we'll be able to pick up Cisco below $13 bucks again. When that happens, I'll decide whether I jump in or not. JMHO.
