An honest question for you regarding unions. If a company is offering employees a decent pay and benefits package, what does the union offer those people? It seems to me that it is in the interest of the union for the employees to join (making the union stronger), not the needs of the employees that require a union. This is an opportunity to open a dialogue on a topic that we disagree on without the insults if you would like to respond with your honest opinion.
