FWIW, I note that Tatyana Koryagina gave her remarks to the Duma at the same session addressed by none other than Lyndon Larouche.

For those who aren't aware, Lyndon Larouche is a perennial presidential candidate who has done time on a federal felony conviction. His presence on the agenda that day raise questions in my mind of the credibility of all who appeared with him.
