They are only floorless if the CD holders can short from OFFSHORE. It is the offshore shorting and no transparency that is killing our market. The Feds need to close down offshore illegal short selling, 144 hedging, and CD hedging along with other illegal short selling that is not allowed within the borders of America. Then only shorting left would be margin and that would be fine with me. MArgin calls and what not are against anyone buying long. Sort of stupid and margin holders that do buy long the way the system is set up proves, "There is a sucker born every minute." And that is the slogan of a con game. P2bAAAT & DSAS
