Brush,
still not a headline I would like to read, but your propsoed headline is more accurate. The key is your use of the word "primarily" - that is important. Intel Capital is primarily focused on strategic business interests and secondarily focused on making money. But it is important that money is a very close second and way ahead of whatever might be the tertiary interest.
