Justa, QCOM askresearch.com chart shows that money flow has been improving since mid-September, MACD bottomed then as well. Williams%R is near 0. I believe sometime in the next 2 weeks, we'll see a bottom in Qcom and then it heads higher. Maybe earnings will be the "BUY the NEWS." Just noticed that from its sharp drop in Sept, it rallied and now broke a retest slightly, but is within the retest of the lower Bollinger band. Also, price rate of change is edging up to 0. I would step in phases here 42, 39, 36, for a move to 50-55. 2:1 risk reward.
