Two Sadhus (Hindu hermits) beheaded by Islamic Terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir (Created on 27th August 2001, Last Updated on 29th August2001) Two Sadhus (Hindu hermits) were beheaded by Islamic Terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir and their severed heads were dumped in a river considered sacred by the Hindus. According to expressindia.com the deceased have been identified as Mahatma Devi Dass and Mahatma Narotam Dass (both sadhus). This deed of grave provocation has gone nearly unnoticed in the Indian media. We wonder what would be the kind of coverage that the international (and also Indian) media would give in the event of the Taliban authorities beheading the Volunteers of Shelter Now International, whom they are holding hostage on the allegation of preaching Christianity in Afghanistan. Or say if two Jewish Rabbis were to be beheaded and their severed head were to be thrown down the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. Then how would Israel respond to it??.This is anybody's guess!
