Legal

On September 17, 2001 the Company filed a legal complaint in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against several individuals. The complaint alleges, among other issues, that certain defendants regularly posted libelous messages on the Raging Bull message boards regarding Urecoats Industries, its management team, key products-- including its UreoatsRSM-100(TM) RUBBER SEALANT MEMBRANE (RSM) (TM), and its BlueMAX(TM) application system.

Timothy M. Kardok, President and COO commented, "Each member of the Urecoats management team is committed to providing its customers and shareholders with the most comprehensive and honest information available to us. During the past several months we have worked diligently to bring the UrecoatsRSM-100(TM) and BlueMAX(TM) application system to market. I am pleased to announce we have been on course with our goals and will deliver our first BlueMAX(TM), Model 230, to our first certified contractor in early October. Mr. Kardok continued, "Recently, a small group of individuals, including some former Urecoats employees, have consistently posted defamatory and misleading statements on certain chat boards, including Raging Bull. In each instance, as filed in our complaint, these individuals asserted claims which were false. In the interest of our shareholders and Urecoats Industries we have taken this necessary action and will continue to protect our reputation and bring suit against any individual who defames us in any way. Our efforts have been and remain focused on bringing to market the most revolutionary sealant product available on the market today. In addition, with our recent acquisition of Infiniti, we have diversified our product line and are gearing our operations towards sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution of our comprehensive range of sealant and coating products."

You don't need patent approval to either sell or use a product, that's no excuse for UREC not being able to sell any RSM 100, besides all you longs have said from time to time that RSM 100 was already patented (1997).

Why do none of you comment on the facts of the case?

There is no tyre crumb in RSM 100, not 10% not 5% not 1% not even trace, none, none at all.

Second they do not have a proven application system, and without that they could never sell the product even if it had tyre crumb in it.

Third, why is Cooper Roofing suing UREC.

Fourth, Gene Kazlow is also being sued by a trading house for misrepresentation and slander. Hey Gene, why don't you tell the truth occasionally, you remember what the truth is don't you.

And just for good measure Gene I'll ask you another question. Ever been involved with your buddy Larry Clemons in a bond fraud, you know the one where he represented that he had a mandate from the UN to use their bonds to finance a new method of waste disposal.

History Gene has a habit of catching up on people sometimes, your sometime is about due I think.
