Because of the attack, the US is spending lots of dough. Everyone should get a shot in the arm. There may even be further tax cuts.

The greyhound incident is nothing new. Last year a driver was shot causing a crash. Greyhound doesn't search the passengers. Thank goodness there is some form of travel that hasn't ceded to terrorists those simple pleasures of not being harrassed before boarding. Once an airline rep shouted to me to freeze. Of course I didn't because there were only 20 other people going through security with me and I hadn't done anything. Then they shouted even louder. I had to empty my pockets. I had lost my watch and for some reason decided to throw an alarm clock in my jacket pocket.

I travelled Greyhound to Mount St. Helens and Huntsville, Alabama in the last three years and the types of people that use that mode of travel can be pretty seedy. But generally it is a decent way to travel, especially express from one city to another.
