that is your "humble opinion" re MRVC being a broken stock, "dead money" and a passe concept; whether you're righ tor wrong is an open question but I disagree with both the prospects for this company and your use of words like "delusional" and "pumpers" insofar as they relate to Greg. That's my HO - and I saw your use of those words in a blanket way on the GX thread where you ultimately said "don't believe anything you read on these boards...it's all opinion anyway", to which I say - yep, that's right, but as to ascribing motives, well, that's another story, bub.

ss,

You hit the nail on the head. This thread is full of idle speculation based on no factual information. The main reason for that is because the company refuses to release their pathetic performance results to shareholders. Yes, these posters will all ignore you, because they refuse to see the light. Somehow, their logic that because other fiber optics/networking companies are also down, MRVC is excused for its inept management. Some folks never learn.knc

You seem to be basing your comments on the way the stock price had been. In a secular bear market that we seem to be in, all stock prices do poorly. All I can say is to look at the revenues, management has been growing them - compare the revenues in 1998 to 2001 and then look at the stock price. Management can not directly control stock price. I can spend hours complaining about the inability of MRV management to communicate properly with their investors, but I will not complain about how they run their business. I can tell you this - Noam and the rest of the gang know how to run a business in tough times, they have done it before. Operative word here is patience, it may take a long time to see the rewards.
