You remind me of folks who say, "I'm not a racist, you know, but if I ever get my fingers on the balls of that friggin' @#$%A!, I'll ........." It has been said by many that God works and moves in strange and mysterious ways. Millions of pious Christian Americans pray daily for help, guidance, blessings and protection. Why did the good Lord allow 9/11 to happen? It seems as if He was just as heartless as the "faceless" ones who post here, doesn't it? Has He forsaken them? Or was He simply negligent on that fateful day? Or was He less powerful than another? Or were the prayers of so many just an abomination unto the Lord because they came from the mouths and hearts of hypocrites? Or was the good Lord just telling us something?

Sincere thanks to bearcub in supplying himself as a GT folly follower. For new readers, GT = ole49r/gold_tutor Now you may ask whats the big deal, as ole49r/gold_tutor already has others as examples i could use. Yes, but i needed a what can be called a "true" follower. You know, like that coward type kid that will push another kid and then run behind his Mom for protection. Or the other type that will bully only smaller and weaker kids, especially those that have sickly bodies from disease. Yes, but this bearcub has these traits not in the physical but the mental area of expression, for its cowardice. Yes this was the example i needed to identify the majority of those types that will join up with ole49r/gold_tutor and follow her. ok, needs a little more specifics here. ole49r/gold_tutor needs a Big Hurt that needs Righteousness. She found it in 9/11 and exploited it to feed her me me me. Ya, old news. Now arrives bearcub, the type that will walk un-tall behind any person who is shouting Righteous words and keep under that shouting person like hiding under mommy after speaking up in public. This bearcub echos the words of others that appear strong, and just so Righteous words are spoken bearcub will echo and think he/she is doing the right thing. They are clueless and prime bait for the evil(s) i mentioned before needing a bunch of innocent folks to do their work of bad. bearcub is a ole49r/gold_tutor folly follower walking unTall behind her with his/her nose just below her @ssh0le receiving the hot air of the Righteous sounds. ak ak

Z sez: gold's now in a permanent ascent pattern? I think it is too early to say, Z. I am of the opinion that these most unusual events and the follow-up terror attacks that--at least in my mind-- are inevitable to follow are the very unusual type event that could trigger a sustainable gold rally over a several year period of time. Let me put it this way, when the campaign to demonize and demonetize gold as the result of Bretton Woods Currency Accord that I've talked about here and elsewhere for the last 7 years, nobody rang a PUBLICALLY AUDIBLE bell and declared the price of gold was on a rollercoaster ride to the $250ish level. About 8 years ago or so, Elliott waver, Robert Prechter was a lone voice about gold going to $250ish level, and I never heard why, and have always wondered how he knew. I still wonder how he knew, but never forgot his prescient call. So, by the same token, no one is going to ring a bell at the bottom and say the descent is over and the ascent has begun. However, I haven't heard what Prechter's calling for now<grin> So, all told, I believe it is possible, but I haven't heard any bell ringing to say it's going to go up now. Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to know, but that is my honest opinion. gold_tutor
