Thanks for the link Mick...Loren called me awhile back...Really nice guy...He met with Michael that next week...He's been covering DELL for almost five years...Our conversation was one laugh after the other...He could fill in the next three words in anything I said and likewise...We barely touched on the economic slowdown...His focus was on the market share future and strategy for the long term...Both of us can't believe that anyone would not see what DELL has accomplished... So much in such a short time.. He brought up how IHO currently the opportunities are ripe for picking up so much more...Believe me, Loren's knowledge was very impressive...Wish MORE analysts were public and knowledgeable like he is... As far as Michael: Yep,I'll never bet against him...May have struggled with all those academic subjects...Hated math...Despised sentence structuring, Latin, etc...But, through athletics I learned to spot winners and winners that were bad losers..."Bad losers" admit their mistakes and capitalize on them leaving their ego's in the dust...Michael's one of the most focused winners this world has ever seen...I've yet to meet anyone who has known him that doesn't see this determination and lack of ego...Every day I own this stock I feel comfortable that he is still the driving force behind his dreams...I will be there tomorrow cheatin' off him once more... And, here's something you may want to consider: Just received this comment from a friend in Austin... " Nice two day gain. Could certainly use another 30 days just like this. <ggg> Interesting that Dell took 16 years, up until Jan.1 2001 to gain 10% ww market share. And over next six months moved up to 15% market ww market share. At rate, would double share in year. If that's a slow down, hold on if this thing ever really turns around." I guess that quote is why I'm buying DELL at every chance I can...I wake up each day wondering where DELL will be @40% market share and $100 Billion in revenues...And, then I wander off wondering how much of an underestimate Michael has thrown... Best, Kemble
