John, >AMD will lose about $88 million last quarter.

Paul Engel nailed it again. He predicted AMD would lose $85 Million this quarter, and he predicted it quite a while ago too (well before the 9/11 attacks). The consensus back then was for an AMD loss of 5 to 10 cents a share. Instead, it's looking up to 5 times worse.
