i'm sorry. i don't understand how you're arriving at that conclusion. can you show some factual information that explains your dilution claims? i don't just mean more shares outstanding, b/c that doesn't mean squat if all other areas increase with the # of shares.... mrvc is now trading at .61 x sales (revenue). i'm going to make the assumption, that under your scenario of dilution they must have been trading at a far lower ratio in the past...? somehow, i can't find the information to back up such a claim.

if you mean dilution of shareholder equity, you're mistaken there, as well. oh, don't forget (for the purposes of computing), there was a stock split during that period, as well. book value? nope. cash in the bank. more now than a few years ago. how about the fact that there are more subs that are currently/very soon generating revenue? maybe that has something to do with the increase in revenue, as well....
