I disagree -- that's too simple. Businesses are different. They take quite a bit more time to make capital decisions (arguably that classification is a stretch for some software whose shelf life isn't very long) that consumers do to make decisions on the margin -- i.e. buy a new outfit this month or not, take a trip or not, etc. Bottom line -- looks more like an excuse to me, but if it's not I'd like to know more about it. To just say it is confidence is to say nothing at all, IMO ...
